Hemanth Reddy Vennapusa is a Senior Member Technical at The D. E. Shaw Group, with a passion for core computer science and algorithms. He graduated from IIT Kharagpur in May 2019 with a degree in Computer Science. Hemanth has a keen interest in reading about different types of Distributed Systems, and his current role at DE Shaw allows him to work in this field. Hemanth has a strong technical background and has worked on various projects during his career. He has experience working on the internal Workload Automation System at DE Shaw, where he was a Member Technical. He also interned at Amazon as an SDE Intern, where he designed a Modular Framework for the Notify Me Widget based on Dependency Injection pattern. He built the Notify Me widget to be used in the Retail website and integrated it with the existing Spring MVC based Web App for using via RPC (Remote Procedure Calls). Hemanth wrote the Unit and Integration Tests and tested its behavior in multiple interaction scenarios. Hemanth has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur and completed his Intermediate Education from Sri Chaitanya College of Education. He has a strong tech stack that includes skills such as Software Engineering, Spring, Integration, and Web. With 4.19 years of relevant experience, Hemanth is a highly skilled professional with a passion for technology. He is always eager to learn new things and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his field.
